It's no secret here that backyard weddings are a personal favorite. Forgoing the traditional (and expensive) Nashville wedding venues and opting instead for a more personal wedding is just the way to go sometimes. Intimate gatherings like this just lend themselves more towards what truly at the heart of a wedding, and that is a celebration of your love amongst your most beloved friends and family. If you're wondering what 12hours of coverage is, here it is, so hold on to your hats folks, this is a long one! Lauren and her girls started the morning getting ready at the most charming airbnb in East Nashville while Andrew and the guys got ready at the Hilton in heart of downtown Nashville.

Since they both live in Chicago, they really wanted a venue with a city vibe, so the riverfront Bridge Building was a no brainer with it's strong lines, bold colors and unbeatable view of the Nashville skyline. I aimed to keep that theme rolling with their portraits so I steered clear of greenery and instead focused on the interesting lines & textures around the venue as the backdrop for their portraits.
