sometimes you just gotta collaborate with other creatives and do a session just for the hell of it.

keeps the creativity alive and takes off the pressure of shooting for monetary exchange & replaces it with shooting for the sake of creating. for the sake of pushing ones own boundries. like “hey do I think I could pull off an engagement session entirely at night with no flash and just a bunch of candles?! let’s see…”

so that is exactly what this just-for-fun session with Erika and Danny is a by-product of! this whole magical evening is thanks to the creative genius that is Lizz Hoard, and to top it off Sarah Villane shot some sweet video action. Basically we all showed up in oversized tshirts and basically one camera/one lens each and just played around. i was in my happy place.

Riverwood Mansion Wedding

Jessica and Jordan's Riverwood Mansion wedding was impeccably planned and executed and a breeze to photograph. Jessica was simply radiant in her modern boho Rue de Seine dress and Jordan was dapper in his Tom James suit. The weather was perfect and shoes came off when it was time to hit the dance floor. But what really stands out most to me when I think back to their wedding is how much happiness was in the air. Sometimes weddings can be a bit stressful and it's easy to lose focus, but J&J's wedding was nothing but happiness. Scroll down to see for yourself!
