Amery & Forest’s engagement session was so refreshing to photograph because they opted to take their photos at two spots I’d never shot at: first, their home for some casual shots with their fur babies and secondly at their local watering hole which doubles as a hardware store. yes, a hardware store. Only in (slash around) nashville is this a thing. yet another reason i love this city, and the people in it. cheers!
when i first met with katelyn & will over beers at their neighborhood watering hole, i immediatley knew they were going to be so fun to work with ....and that i wanted to raid katelyn's closet.
after mastering (but not loving) the whole long-distance relationship thing for a while, these two kentucky sweethearts are finally in the same city again! to commemorate, they wanted to start their engagement session at katelyn's apartment since "everything finally just felt like it's supposed to" once she moved to nashville. so we cracked open some champagne, burnt some eggs and listened to records before hitting centennial park to top off our session.
playful & laid back & crazy in love, these two were a breeze to photograph and i absolutely cannot wait until their long hollow gardens wedding in August!
